What it seems like :
A small red or white pimple-like bump diagonally opposite to one of the entry holes of the piercing. 
Why it occurs :
The Bump occurs for a couple of reasons, including injury to the piercing ( like being hit ), unacceptable aftercare ( permitting bacteria to grow ), irritation to the piercing, and occasionally it occurs for no reason that you can recall.
